for Documentation Quality

At every step there seems to be some error and the documentation is poor. Even when you reach out or read the threads the agent just give vague solutions that don't. Had high hopes for this product but its just a waste of money.

Hey,

I don't see that you have actually ever asked for help or created the support ticket... There is nothing wrong with the documentation or the application itself, so either your server is not properly configured or you are doing something wrong during the installation. Of course, you have to be familiar with Laravel to be able to extend or customize Vanguard. Otherwise, Vanguard is probably not the best app for you and you should look for something else.

Anyways, you can always request a refund if you are not satisfied with the application.
