Does not support shipping classes!?
For example: If you have different delivery weight like up to 25 kg and over 1000 kg, I will not be able to display appropriate shipping class calculator. Basically I need to unify somehow delivery price for packages in different shipping classes (up to 25 kg | over 1000 kg) which has no sense.
Another thing is that you are not able just assign a rate like 0,2 USD / km. You need to create an infinite number of ranges. Which is not very pleasant.
It works, but it lacks of functionality, so 2 stars. Can not use it for what it was purchased. If I am mistaken, let me know, and for sure I will change the rating, and its description.

Hello, our plugin doesn't not support shipping classes and does not support settings rate per KM, we have clearly defined the features of the plugin in the description and it does not include the features you mentioned.
If you have asked us these questions before purchase, we could've answered and told you that it would not work for your needs.
