The product is far less flexible or intuitive than it should be. It can’t do simple things like include first and last name as fields in a basic subscription PopUp. As a result, it’s limited. Plus, installing was a bear, and support virtually nonexistent without going through a labyrinth starting with Envato —who tells you to contact the author. Nothing about this is easy.
