I paid to download this plugin for my WP website. Unfortunately, the plugin will not upload. I have sent a request for support 2 days ago. I have not received any response. I am currently having to reach out to my webhosting support to figure out why this plugin will not upload. However, my WP website keeps saying "No valid plugins found." I hope purchasing this was not a scam.

I'd like to inform you that we haven't heard of such complaints from our users. But we'd definitely like to look at what you are facing and help get things right.
