for Customer Support

I'm rating this product 5 stars, but I'm rating Mykola's support 5+ stars. I have been an Envato member for 10+ years. I've seen the worst support and the best, but Mykola is at the top. Two reasons:
1) We did a Discord video session to discuss issues I had with my initial install. This included screen share. It turns out it was a mistake I made with Discord settings. It wasn't a product issue. I have never had a developer on Envato provide real-time 1:1 support. At best, it's via email, and 9 times out of 10, there's a 24-48 hour lag between emails due to timezones, which means days for a back-and-forth troubleshooting exchange. 2) Mykola's attitude is to improve the product by listening to his customers. My use-case scenario is different, but based on my feedback, the next release will have a feature I requested. Other developers listen, but not in real-time 1:1 or quickly adding a new feature.

Good developers will get your WP login and troubleshoot, but none of them will do that in a screen share while you watch so you can learn or, let's be honest, see what they're doing with admin privileges on your website. You can also see their competency level while they do this.

Mykola knows his stuff - I saw that in the screenshare. He does freelance, and now I know who I'll go to the next time I need custom coding.

Thank you for so high review! I am actually looking at the Google API right now and making estimates for our future Python project, looks really interesting :)
