The missing demo content means that you have not imported demo data in the Theme Panel (WP Dashboard) > Theme Dashboard > Demo data tab following the documentation steps: https://blabber.ancorathemes.com/doc/#installation_demo_content
After the import you get exactly the same website as on the demo preview.
