We are sorry to hear that you've got this impression. The theme is working correctly on our end and all of our themes do get strictly tested before they can be released.
To submit a ticket please follow instructions from this article - How To Submit A Ticket. When you log in at our Help Center, click on the "Submit a Request" link in header, and fill in the form as shown in screenshot.
First enter your purchase code, then select the profile (in this case Edge) and then theme.
We do believe that the theme is well documented, and we do understand that it might be confusing at first, but besides our themes documentation here you can also find many great articles that might help you on the way of developing your website.
We hope that everything will be resolved and that you'll reconsider your rating afterwards.
