You need to develop a better system. Customers shouldn’t have to wait for support to reset something they’ve already paid for.

We are sorry to hear about your negative experience; however, the theme documentation contains a guide how to disconnect the domain yourself (https://prnt.sc/1ez4P_2x_cv5) without contacting the Support Team:
1) In the Dashboard > Theme Panel > Theme Dashboard > General.
2) If you have removed the Wordpress installation without disconnecting a license, please use a one-time disconnection tool at https://deactivate.themerex.net/.
