At first glance, the theme seems very complete, but when you try to make modifications, it has a ton of bugs. The options you select don’t actually get selected, and the support center is extremely slow—it takes them weeks to respond, often after you’ve already figured out the solution yourself. The support center is also quite unhelpful; they couldn’t provide solutions for very simple issues that I eventually resolved on my own. It’s terrible how lazy they are when replying. I’m disappointed, especially considering the theme is not cheap at all. It should have a lot more improvements and be much more user-friendly.

Are you perhaps using some cache plugin? In case you are using one, please deactivate it. When cache plugin is activated, cashed .css and .js files display instead of updated ones, and it looks like the changes you've made aren't applying. It's recommended that cache plugin stays deactivated while the site is still in the development stage.

We've checked and your tickets were responded to in timely manner. As we noted at our Help Center, the average response time is around 24 hours on weekdays and our support agents are trying their best to answer all of our users in this timeframe. We cannot prioritize individual tickets or users as this wouldn't be fair to other users who are patiently waiting for their tickets to be replied.
