Updated - given it 2* - it gets half way to a catalog.
Has to be the least intuitive, most awkward, hardest to configure plugin I've ever tried.
After 8 hours you'll give up and just make your own PDF.
Settings are obscure and you'll wonder what change might produce what result... and you'll guess wrong. Sometimes nothing changes.
Preview (hidden under debug) does not represent the pdf and doesnt show all content.
